The ASX has taken a pretty big hit this week……a recession looming investors are leaving and scrambling to secure investment properties in Perth WA, The east coast raiders are lining up to get their hands on properties in Perth paying anywhere from $ 25,000 to & 50,000 above the asking price. Don’t pay any attention to the share price at the moment……. Extraordinarily undervalued and that’s from the horses mouth.
