The COT report is fairly neutral for gold but the OI for silver continues to fall. With Russia announcing a gold backed currency to be launched next month why hasn't gold moved, does nobody believe it will happen? Against all current predictions of rising OM prices, I think the banksters will have one last attempt before 23 August to exit their short positions while trading is then. The next 5-6 weeks is going to be extremely volatile. Better to completely forgot the short-term gyrations to remain sane.
