The arguments that have been put forward don't actually mean anything, which is why it feels like we go in circles. Trying to explain the nuances of the scientific method to people who don't understand (and don't seem to care to understand) is never going to be fruitful.
If you honestly think StanJupiters appeal to emotion is something the FDA takes into account in their rulings, or that the cells take into account when deciding whether or not they actually work, then nothing I say will convince you otherwise.
Believe what you want. Nothing will change your mind if it hasn't already.
