And I'll be voting against the free handout of shares for retrospective soft targets when 1 year TSR is flat/negative and where the board disclose in the Notice of Meeting that they know this handout doesn't conform to best practice but will push it through anyway because as per recent announcement they intend to do the right thing tomorrow. I look forward to testing that logic a week from Monday.
No free lunch. If the CEO's pay is out of whack give him a salary increase, not a $1.5m free kick. The free in the money options on ballot are almost as bad.
I can only hope your prediction comes true but I fully expect to be sitting at the EGM in a week at sub 20c. Time will tell, but I wouldn't be playing odds on a "massive drop" next week. Happy to eat my words if I have to. My sentiment is based on logic not some misplaced expectation.
