Haven't looked at charts or posted one in a while so here goes.
3M Daily chart shows the SP below the 10EMA, below the 50EMA and below the 200EMA.
This doesn't look like a good buy to me, there's bee a fall but it's a bit higher than the lows of May.
Zoom out to the weekly to remove the noise and the approximation for the 50EMA and 200EMA.
Weekly volume is not high or low.
The longer top 'wick' (I don't know the term) suggests the buying wasn't supported.
SP below the 50EMA shows probably go lower, like the daily.
Here is a chart with some shorter period EMAs I have been investigating across a number of stocks.. the 8, the 13 and the 50EMA.
I think I read about these on investopedia (can't remember), but it suggested that the buy signal is when the yellow crosses above the blue line.
I have saved the template with different colours and so far from what I have seen it seems to be a good short term signal.
Congruent with the other charts, this is not a buy yet (yellow below the blue).
