FFX will never trade again on the ASX based on the current BOD’s plans.
It’s either sell the company or distribute escrow.
If distribute escrow ends up the plan, the company will be delisted from the ASX on or around Weds 27th June 2024.
After then, the company will have the reporting requirements of your local coffee shop.
Bugger all.
Does anyone here want the current BOD to be running the show under those circumstances?
They have not bothered to reply emails or calls when listed!!!!
