I am small fry compared to some of you guys but that is alot of money 1m shares.
In the worst case scenario which I hope does not happen how do we crystalise a capital loss ? If we were in administration there usually is an endpoint where the administrators declare that shareholders shares are worthless.
With this they are just in limbo.
I am extremely concerned by the terms of the Hartree offer, page-68
