unfortunately we have a few serious issues:

1. The new CEO was not put in by Aspen and he feels he can go it alone.
2. The board is pretty disfunctional and not really capable of going the distance.
3. The class action issue is still a red herring!
4. Investec are South Africans and are advising Sigma and Aspen are also South African...Not sure what you can read in to this!
5. The markets are teetering on the Brink so Aspen would see no hurry!

I do not believe it will go ahead today and they will just say they are considering the matter. This will leave Aspen without a CEO until 1 sep!!
