Some thougths on the unprofitable running of the business. Part of the requirements to terminate a DOCA is to show that it is in the interest of the creditors to do so. I'd expect something like this might add weight to the argument to terminate the DOCA. ie, if you can't make money with record high lithium prices you're better off negotiating a deal to sell it.
