The BOD will be well aware of shipping arrangements and the obvious expectation is it will contain JV ore but that can only happen if an OTA is signed. Working on the current theory regarding the LG/ STELLANTIS go ahead from the govt, that has always had the chance of not happening or happening after the shipment left and throw a spanner in the works requiring contingencies. The prospects of a good result look very good and we will find out soon enough.
Presuming the OTA is market related there is no fixed price and it could just as easily be higher or lower by the next shipment, it's just something averaged over time...
