    Current price reflect 50% premium of AVX's cash.

    Judging from CZD historical buys & Jevalent's previous posts (which suggest negative sentiments towards buying AVX above its cash value), its not likely that CZD is still buying.

    Plus the record date for voting is over so its not about tallying up numbers.

    So WHO is buying and WHY??
