TOE will go up big time when nobody believes it can/will ever go up. It's what happened to me with DYL. I sold all of my 2 million DYL shares two months before it rocketed up, after having held for some two years. You can imagine how happy I was with myself, hey. I have been holding over 5 million TOE shares for almost three years. Not selling, don't need the money anyway. Good things happened to the patient.
