    I disagree.
    My best guess is that a WAAS funder will earn a certain % on their capital contributed to cover the cost of each machine purchased by the WAAS entity.
    Based on my assumptions, I have assumed that a return to the WAAS partner of 30% should cover their risk/cost of capital for this venture.
    In any case, I am glad to hear opinions from others. I am not saying I am rite, they are just my own assumptions that could be proven to be incorrect.
