I think a lot of PMT holders probably own PLS as well.
I also think PMT holders would welcome a tie up with PLS, whether that be JV, Equity or a Scrip offer. Synergies are very obvious.
The Allkem Livent merger has really put some urgency around the aggregation for current cashed up producers to cement their market positions. PLS does not want to be left behind, and PMT will need a lot of funding.
