Hi Dalto, I don't know much but my understanding is that here in NZ the initial satellite service will only allow for Text messages. Then about a year later voice calls and then in the future internet. So I think it will be baby steps to begin with, the main advantage being country wide coverage even in the far out back blocks. Hope that helps a little.
