If Aspen walks someone else will step in.
Everyone seems to have missed the point that SIP is cash flow positive. Profit before all the book write-downs,and non cash items >$1.5 Mill/ week.
Yes, they do need to retire some debt etc
And yes, they are operating in a difficult environment with pressure on margins, but they are trading profitably.
Was at presentation for customers last week on Amcal franchise.
The presenting team quite upbeat (as you would expect)
And as far as new CEO is concerned, he is well credentialled, and will take the company forward even without SIP being taken over.
And if it is taken over ASPEN will still need a CEO who knows the industry.
Finally:
I dont think 60 cents would convince many SIP shareholders to sell,,,,,,,I dont have very many, but we're greedy characters.
