The good news is that the only remaining condition to settle the 10% sale to the Taiwanese is FIRB approval - all other conditions have been met. FIRB approval is a formality IMO.
I therefore see this as a very positive announcement and it would not surprise me if the CVN share price starts to move slightly higher over the next few weeks.
