What performing rights issue if any against kpi are to come ? if so maybe no need to buy shares on market
Usual kpi eg is if MC remain at say 3b for 2month then one/s get .5 mil free shares or options to exercise at very cheap exercise price
kpi seem to be well hidden in AGMs by all companies takinh plebs lots of time to dig out by to stay informed.
what r our KPIs? Or to be kpis
