Just for fun I’m gonna say you’re completely wrong and there is nothing more certain than a CR in the next little while.
If you want to do a little research into what happens when you let cash run too low when thinking you have revenue / funding and it goes wrong and then need to do an “emergency” CR have a look at CYM.
