spider that chart is full of EW errors. For starters wave (4) is far too big compared to wave (2). Second, the A, B, C, D, E corrections are meant to be wedges or triangles, not channels. Thirds the initial decline (1) is an impulse wave so the subdivisions should be numbers not letters. There are a few more but this is enough. It's one of the worst EW counts I've seen. Oh, by the way, wave 4 can overlap wave 1 under certain conditions.
