Whilst I don't disagree with your calculations, you have forgotten the recurring revenues from other clients which sat at about 600k prior to the CC Deal and roll out. So whilst some are saying CC alone is enough to make it to CF+ it isn't as you point out, but CC plus retaining the clients Spenda gained in the previous FY prior to the CC roll out should meet the same outcome.
