    Not only that, as per the announcement the $20m per month is only between stores and the NSC. You have to add approx $40m per month in retail sales to that figure if we're talking best case scenario.

    Then add lending.

    Then add the other revenue sources stated in the announcement.

    So in fact Carpet Court alone is more than enough to produce a cash flow positive result, as I stated many months ago. Extreme and qqq almost had a conniption at the time, but clearly I was right then and I'm right now.
