Was thinking quite long time today.
Looking down from surface, I marked the possible intercept point for D001 and RC23/24
connecting the two points, and extending SW, make me thinking that the peg might go yellow direction. Possibly they can try turn around the rig at RC15/16 and RC17/18, and drill toward NW. The difficulty might be the angle, not Azimuth.
