Looks more like an opportunistic bid hoping it'll fall that far. I've been watching the order book for a while now, and there were some large bids placed and removed continually - between 2c and 4c - and never filled. Personally, I'm going to sit on the sidelines in case it dips so I can buy more. Cap raise will be on soon. Someone probably wanted to get out before, that's fair. I think we'll see a decent price for the cap raise, though.
