re: Ann: Investment by Quintiles, Placement o... Quintiles paid a premium to get advantage- Priority in the trials process, preemptive rights in the placement- only the board and them know, not we mugs.
The placement approval by shareholders is commonly sought after the dilution and is rarely reversed as management know the numbers the can call on and the broker gets his fee.
