For all those worried about this action to list solely on the NASDAQ.

ALL IMO and from personal experience.
None of this is advice. Please seek your own advice.

Imagine you had a financial planner that 5 years ago advised you to buy certain international shares, because of the massive cash flows they have a large moat. They continue to be managed well regardless of the market forces or world economics or COVID 19. Importantly, because dividends are such a small percentage of profit they can reinvest in their value by either acquiring other businesses or undertaking share buy backs.

    Well that happened to me.
I hold 6 internationals and they are all blue chips across 3 countries and four exchanges (2 on NASDAQ).
In 5 of these companies I hold less than 100 shares in each...eek.png
Across this International portfolio I am 2.5 bags.
Holding such a small amount of shares in each coy was a real challenge for the mind.
However, I took the advice, and glad I did because IHL being solely listed on NASDAQ does not scare me at all.

The point being, owning shares on NASDAQ is a completely different mindset to owning millions of shares in ASX penny stocks and then waiting for prices to move 10c. I therefore have no problem with the 100:1 consolidation to meet NASDAQ listing requirements.

    For those who bailed or want to bail, I can only suggest two things;

    - please get advice from a professional with experience in overseas markets.

    - also ask yourself why Joel would disadvantage his own shareholding?
i.e. if you feel you are being disadvantaged, so are all the SHs including Joel.
Please find some proof that they would deliberately disadvantage you and themselves?
...and stating they are screwing retail holders IMO is not proof, it is BS and fear mongering.
If the SP goes up on NASDAQ and you haven't sold you don't get screwed.
If fear took over and you sold and the SP goes up on NASDAQ you screwed yourself.

Lastly, the risks of investing in shares are the largely the same no matter where they are listed.
Exchange rates add a little more complexity and risk.
I don't invest more than I am prepared to lose in any one stock.
...and I haven't seen any change to the business plan to bring the assets IHL have to market.

    GLTAH
