It's okay to have a resource in the ground, but what plans are in place to extract it, how are they going to do this and by when? What has changed throughout the past 5 years? There has been a significant drop in investor confidence, why?

Not trying to be negative about this stock, just think a few more questions need to be asked. Can anyone answer them? I'm on the verge of taking a position in this stock, but see some distinct downside to it.
