there is a lot of flack being thrown around here. Some i agree with, like the timing of the NI email etc. Sure, that is quite a few shares to give them, but having held the stock for a while and have full intention of holding, I like that the management did something. A real barrier for the project getting going was that no one knew who HVY where, a CR would be very diluting. The management acted, and doing something (even if not totally the right thing) always is better than nothing.
Keep doing something HVY, that’s the way this will happen.
