I'd imagine confirmation that the operation is now comfortably cashflow positive with hard rock mining starting and/or a further increase to the resource will see a re-rate.
Ultimately the market hasn't had confirmation that the production from the open pit will be financially viable despite detailed cost estimates from the low grade stockpile. Once that confirmation is given through (likely) the quarterly report in October (for July to August quarter), I can't see the market being able to turn a blind eye. Assuming there's no issues with production announced over the next 6 months, we should consistently trend higher and higher as more people see this as further de-risked.
As much as it sucks, the market has likely priced in resource available currently and the company's current position less a discount for the unknown. Until they see the asset is generating a return as anticipated we probably won't see that discount for the unknown removed.
I'm hoping that when they release the quarterly activities and cashflow at the end of this month and see we have a decent chunk of cash still available (before hard rock revenue has contributed at all), we'll see the upward trend begin.
