The board and management should be totally embarrassed by this raising, it demonstrates failure.

Since they have trashed shareholder value again, they should at least now come clean on all those failed trials and explain how or why they failed, and what has been done to rectify these failures. Instead of just pretending the shareholders will forget about them all like why has everything HMD in Europe fallen over??

I hope they buy a dimmer switch with some of these funds so they can turn the lights down a bit to make it last a bit longer.
