Well being 'not happy' with the timing and price of a capital raise is not a pretext to exit the company. The company and the resource has potential- there is no doubting that. However, that doesnt make a decision by the management immune to criticism. To those who comprehend what it takes to manage a company, there are better examples that you can find across the ASX. You would only need to improve your researching skills. Cheers.
