There’s a couple of hurdles in the SK On’s off-take you might want to consider:
1.
The 10% stake in LKE, was @ a 20 trading-day VWAP, prior to 12/10/22.
I highly doubt SK would agree to pay ~$1 per share for their stake.
2.
25 ktpa won’t by coming online (if ever), until 2029.
And what about the other off-taker - WMC, for 25 ktpa, for a 10% stake in LKE @ $1.20 per share.
3.
There are many conditions precedence to satisfy, including permits (ESIA Approval).
4.
30/6/2023 has been and gone.
