Ann: IHL Intends to Redomicile to US & List all Shares on Nasdaq, page-294

Compass and Atai are sitting at less than half the current valuation that IHL will be listing at and these are the companies we refer to as our peers. Excuse my synical view but would we be viewed as overpriced compared to them on listing?
I only say this as last time we had all the bells and whistles when listing only to lose nearly all of our value….
I get we are a different company but I’m just thinking out loud!
