Clearly I am suggesting most are due to come down now, LAC is uncertain, but may have a day to a few days rise, and TSLA looks to have several days rise in it. With the exception of LAC all are in a break out phase where they have broken their down channels and are falling mainly because of wedges or channel top hits, but these are also due to back-test the breakout so they may fall as far as the upper edge of the falling channel, but are then expected to rise again. That will roughly match @acwbagnal's prediction of the 464 target before the 24th of July. Behaviour after that date is going to depend on the announcement + macro-stuff, as we will be at the crux of whether we switch from 3 step down to a 5 step down at that point, but I think it will be sector wide and the odds are for a rise based on the expected positions of the other major players.
