From history, Forrester will use this opportunity to raise funds to keep the company alive a bit longer. I haven’t done the maths recently, but a big chunk of the cash goes to him and his wife, who I think are the only full time employees and the companies funds must be pretty low at the moment.
To give Forrester credit, he appears to have stumbled on some strategic metals. I hope he does something with them.
With the suite of metals and a pretty low company valuation, there may be an opportunity if only we could get rid of Forrester and some decent management.
