What is getting well into July got to do with things , it will either be signed and announced in July or after it , there is no fixed date, however July is the target and will almost certainly be met but comes with no guarantee..If a Board member was unfortunate enough to read some of the nonsense posted around here he or she would throw their hands up in despair...
