Wasn’t aware of the creep provision which is actually 3% every 6 months but not before that date. As SQM’s shares were listed on 13/03/2023 then the earliest they could acquire on market would be 13/09/2023. As per significant interests, relevant interests (>19%) are required to inform the market of any changes in holding above 1% from last notice within 5 business days.
