    If the 3 million plus seller was KBC (which is very likely), they are no longer a substantial holder. I don't see the logic of selling at 1.5c. MEL is not going to be raising money soon unless the debt facility is cancelled for some reason.

    The options get less valuable as the share price goes down. The options have a strike price of 2.5c, so they won't be converting options to shares any time soon. 2.5c strike price seemed too low at the time of the funding arrangement rolleyes.png but seems good now. Either way KBC has not been a successful funds company. Their share price has been struggling too.
