Anything is possible, with time. Have a look at how long it took the Mary River Iron Ore mine to get up and running and how many hearings it took. A mate of mine looked at setting up rail network for an Iron Ore mine on Baffin Island where for most of the year the ocean is frozen and the ships can't get in to load the ore. The grade of the ore is so high that it is still a profitable mine. Canada in general takes a long time to bring a mine to fruition which is why I ignore the Lithium companies there. When all permits and funding are obtained is the time to buy in Canada. Don't mention the cost of building in the wilderness. Eye watering.
