there's been talk of adding people for a while but the investor push back has been around results first, hires second. If Big Keith is true to his word then in the near future there will be an announcement that will require deployment of funds to cover new hires. Key points there are 1st, get the win. Second... only AFTER the ink is dry is someone to be hired.
I made a comment a month or so ago, just prior to the AGM that investors wanted a change in the top role, that came through. Key investors are now waiting to see the pipeline become reality BEFORE hiring more staff. If it's cart before the horse stuff then I know certain investors will not be tipping in any more.
As per the comment that I left around 7 material possibilities, 2 are apparently extremely close just no sign of an announcement so lets just wait and see... execution is our key risk here and if you were pricing this as an exotic it would be very expensive to hedge. luckily its a punt and it might just work out or its a cool deduction to have up our sleeves.
