This statement from the HY23 results announcement:
'Given the Company is still in the process of completing its fleet expansion and continuing to
incur associated operating and capital expense requirements, the Board has opined not to pay
an interim dividend'
Since then it has entered into agreement to acquire a further 30 E190's and has increased its debt facilities by $100m to fund future aircraft settlements and working capital requirements. Whilst still in fleet expansion phase, I doubt the Board will change its capital management position.
