Are you seriously saying that the kinds of microbes that R327 is aimed at killing are somehow made by our own body? It is absolutely true that the human body (and other critters too) is colonised by beneficial bacteria in a symbiotic relationship, and we rely on them for services rendered. Antibiotics do upset those populations. And that is a problem. But clearly you have never had or seen a life-threatening infection with bugs that do not arise naturally in, and do not belong in, the human body.
