Your not looking at a small partner your looking at the international companies like BP, Mobil and or chinese monsters to take this over on discovery of a potential 20 plus TCF gas system plus oil and helium. It’s the right thing scott is doing because the second the delayed discovery is announced the Zimbabwe president will be announcing this to all of Africa to say they are the biggest players in gas and thats if helium is not one of the biggest globally which has already been discovered
