Except that it isn’t trading on anywhere near that… and for good reason too. To understand why, you need to look into Price vs Value assessment. The $54 (or $18) you’re quoting is a comparative market price.
The $2 (or soon to be below) is the market value - the future looking market has seen and evaluated the trajectory of the company, and so far it is nothing but a disappointing disarray of chaotic promise-makers falling asleep at the wheel. The $2.25 is not an arbitrary price, but a well earned valuation… it may change if the market sees that the so far NATO (No Action Talk Only) approach to improving the company’s standing and earnings, has been put well behind, and the executives are effectively pulling on the right levers.
Otherwise… well… we all know you can’t make caviar out of dog turds.
