That’s right, but you also have to look at other metrics like Revenue, margins, EBITDA etc. Market cap alone isn’t going to cut it.
Also, Potentia didn’t dump on market straightaway. It took some time (a couple of weeks), but ultimately they got rid of their stake. Not saying it is going to happen here, but it is a very real possibility.
