The Giveaways and airdrops are getting more difficult to access because, since the last year (specifically the Aptos airdrop), a lot of content creators and people are looking for these "free" tokens. Technically are not because some of the tasks demand some investment, not too much, but is not free tho. And now are more difficult to access or the protocols now are squeezing the percentages of the amounts.
The exchanges on the other hand are more specific in the events, for example, I use Bitget and the exchange now is only rewarding new sign-ups for Australia only (a MacBook Air on Lucky Wheel), so yes is difficult to access but is not that hard; the tasks still do not ask a lot of money and the rewards are quite strong to at least take some time to do it or invest a minimum amount of money
