The 100M USD, or around 150M AUD, initial payment is very telling. It beat my expectations by miles. However, it's not the amount which will move the share price dial. It's the fact that Acadia will pay 100M for ROW revenue. They will also pay other milestone payments based on first sales plus royalties of around 20%. To me this means they see there is significant revenue to be realised from ROW. And neu will receive 20% of this revenue. Acadia will fund all of the development and approvals, similar to NA. They will also pay all manufacturing costs. Yet they've made the big investment. All the while, neu sits back, receives cash for milestones and clips the revenue ticket at 20%.

Progress on Daybue sales also beat my expectations. 20M usd this qtr just gone up to 55M next qtr. If that growth continues (~30M a qtr on qtr growth), we will achieve the first revenue target milestone within 12 months. Amazing.

u will now have a very strong balance sheet. This gives them significant power when a takeover offer is received. They arent desperate and won't be desperate. Like everything neu does under this management, the offers will be carefully considered, rejected where necessary or accepted if it tips the risk / reward scale. Good times ahead.
