Fairly good actually - a block sale of new shares, I would say to the one incoming or existing USA based investor.
25 million new shares issued - from the ATM facility at about of 18 cents -
Thats OK - some selling over there in the states in the last day or 2, may have been because of rumor - 2nd talk of another raise - but this is pretty dam good from the company.
Means no more ATM on market - and good for cash until next year. Incoming buyer, having paid 18 cents - hardly likely to now start dumping. Am reasonable happy - they have to raise funds somehow, and @ 18 cents is OK.
