Well, in this case I'm not too disappointed about not being involved in the CR as a shareholder because the discount is minimal against current SP and quite simply I'd just buy at this level it also avoids a little more dilution and by the amount in $$ it seems that they are being realistic and minimal with perhaps a shorter term turn around in profits...
That announcement was the first I have seen for while that highlighted potential activity in the Diakyne testing range... Blood tests are running in close proximity to the (sister company) HTX cancer test's so I imagine or hope that there will be some symbiotic relationship that occurs in the future production and supply networks of the two companies. It would certainly make for a thrift supply on demand when Diakyne goes to the consumer...

I'm more than happy with this type of CR as it lends more to the concept of directors buying into a stronger position alluding to confidence in the stock/ company's future.
I don't expect to see any of the new shares being flogged off at the retail level so what ever dilution has occurred wouldn't be effecting the retail liquidity as it would if shareholders were involved.

Anyway thats my 2 bobs worth here... Pogues, I heard there was a big wall in china that could use a lick of paint... :)
