Certainly IMO it is an excellent deal. 300 thousand dollars in cash to the vendor plus around 2.2m dollars in shares at 15 .Also CR at 14 for 1.5M
The vendor also will hold a 20% interest in the Castor Lithium. SUM 80%
Impressed with the terms
James Bay is a Hot and progressive area . Should heat up when an exploration team arrive on the ground. Proven neighbourhood.
Plenty of other projects which could push the SP along too.
